Ideas to Design a Great Landing Page Which Makes Conversions

A landing page is the face of a website also known as “Destination Page”. It is the page where a visitor lands, a great landing page will attract the visitor to crawl the entire website.

Landing Page Goals

You must have a clear structure or a goal for the landing page to be designed.

The page design may vary according to your need. If you are intention is to use your website as a tool for selling then focus on your audience. In the case of brand launch or promotion give priority to the quality of your brand. Whereas, describing yourself on the website may help you to build a good portfolio.

A good landing page can convert a visitor into a consumer.

Fresh Design

A fresh look at the website will create a huge impact on your landing page. The primary goal of a landing page is to convert a visitor, so design the page towards the conversion object.

Page Header

The page header is the first section to be noticed by a visitor. The header must match the requirements of the visitor in which they were promised before they could redirect to a website. Visitors won’t waste time on the site if they do not find what they want.

Page Body

The body of the landing page must be based on the heading of the page. If your content does not complement the header, the visitor won’t last on your website unless some attractive images or graphics are attached to your site.

Landing Page Conversion

Through a landing page, you can bring conversions to your website, using Call-to-action (CTA) which can redirect within your website. The call-to-action can be a button which could add a product to the cart or some any other links to submit a form.

Call-to-action is normally a button or a link, but it plays an important role in conversion.

Build It Yourself

Create your own unique design landing page. Though many predesigned templates are available in the market, it can be easily identified out of the crowd and will be missing uniqueness, which creates a major drawback to your landing page.

Images and Videos on Landing Page

Using images and videos on the landing page will bring retention and increase trust on your website. Describe briefly about your products in the video. But make sure the video is between 3 – 5 minutes because no one has the patience to sit and watch.
